Julian, Managing Director of The Flight Bureau UK Ltd, sits on the SPAA council, the world’s oldest travel association. Julian is passionate about using technology to improve the customer experience and has been involved in developing the Internet side of Flight Bureau since 1998. With a grandfather who was described as a pioneering MD of Alfred McAlpine, he feels the same pioneering spirit will propel him and the new brands of Flight Bureau to the forefront of travel.

Angelina joined TFc Travel Management in 2006 as Director of Sales. Angelina has worked in the travel industry since 1999 and brings experience to TFc Travel Management, which includes working for properties such as The Gleneagles Hotel as Global Account Manager, Director of Sales for The Old Course Hotel and New Business Manager for Expotel. As well as this Angelina has experience in the commercial sector having worked for The Mars Group for 12 years.

Ian Hay OBE is Chairman of The Flight Bureau Ltd t/a TFc Travel Management. He is also chairman of Food Trade Association Management, Xtra-mile.com Ltd, Charterhall Finance Ltd and Vice Chairman of The Bakery Training Council. He is a commissioner of The Low Pay Commission and a member of Employment Tribunals Scotland. He is a founder fellow of The Institute of Contemporary Scotland and a fellow of The Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland.
